I was delighted to weave a rug commission based on the sunset over my client's home town.  The rug was finished in time for Christmas and for the first time, I decided to send it via MyHermes and paid extra for it to be collected on a Saturday.   The rug never reached its destination and remains missing to this day.  Numerous phone calls (at 10p per minute) were made to the carriers and it was a very stressful and frustrating time for both my client and me.  Sadly it was given up for lost and MyHermes have compensated although it isn't really enough for such a unique item.   My client has been very understanding and has re-commissioned the rug.  I will be sending it Parcel Force,  and would not recommend anyone to use MyHermes after my experience.
